All items in this shop are hand made - and as a result there may be some very slight differences in color, size, placement and possibly other things i'm not thinking of. I am however a perfectionist so it will be darn near perfect.
My workspace is in my smoke free pet friendly home. All efforts are made to keep fur off of your garments and they are stored in air tight containers – however I cannot ensure that no stray furs will make their way into your package.

We take pride in our products as well as our packaging. Everything you order will be safely packaged with plenty of protective materials. Once the package leaves our hands however; we cannot control how it is treated. We cannot be responsible for packages lost by mail carriers, delivered incorrectly or stolen. We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance at check out. The price of insurance is incredibly reasonable - only $1.50 for coverage up to $150 of product. Should your package be damaged during shipment be sure to take photos of and retain all packaging as the carrier may require it for insurance claims.
